Position Summary:


Pantheon is seeking a highly motivated Senior Management Analyst to provide comprehensive management and acquisition support to the Advanced Manufacturing Directorate of the Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) Program.

 

This position supports a high-priority, fast-paced Navy modernization effort focused on scaling advanced manufacturing capabilities across the maritime industrial base. The ideal candidate brings U.S. Navy program management experience, working knowledge of advanced manufacturing, and a proven ability to operate effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will serve as a senior advisor and integrator, providing strategic, programmatic, and coordination support.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute advanced manufacturing program strategies aligned with organizational priorities, production requirements, and long-term industrial base modernization objectives.

  • Coordinate advanced manufacturing initiatives across submarine and surface ship communities to ensure alignment, interoperability, and execution coherence.

  • Define program objectives, success metrics, and phased roadmaps for advanced manufacturing capability maturation, qualification, and scale.

  • Coordinate qualification pathways for advanced manufacturing materials, machines, processes, and parts in collaboration with engineering authorities, quality organizations, and technical stakeholders.

  • Establish and maintain standardized approaches for part selection, digital thread implementation, data management, and configuration control.

  • Engage directly with suppliers, shipyards, depots, and industry partners to enable adoption and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies across the supply chain.

  • Prepare executive-level briefings, decision papers, action memoranda, and recommendations for senior Navy, DoD, and Flag-level leadership.

  • Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support informed leadership decision-making.

  • Support workforce development initiatives by coordinating with training and education organizations to establish advanced manufacturing training pipelines and sustainment plans.

  • Serve as a strategic communicator, routinely developing briefs, information papers, and responses for senior leadership, Congressional Requests for Information (RFIs), and external inquiries as required.

  • Conduct programmatic and timeline analyses, trade studies, and assessments; develop findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.

  • Provide senior-level strategic planning and communications support, including development of Congressional and Flag Officer communication plans in direct support of MIB Advanced Manufacturing initiatives.

  • Participate in program management reviews, ensuring contractual, financial, and technical progress is tracked and issues are addressed.

  • Ensure persistent coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment, reconciliation of seams and interoperability.

  • Coordinate interdependent projects across functional disciplines to ensure alignment of priorities, schedules, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting U.S. Navy shipbuilding, sustainment, and/or program management efforts.

  • Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and organizations.

  • Familiarity with and experience supporting Advanced Manufacturing initiatives or programs.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical management skills.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly to senior audiences.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
