Pantheon collaborates closely with clients to define roles and responsibilities, set project expectations, and oversee the Evaluation and Planning Phase. During this phase, we identify the project’s scope of work and break it down into discipline-specific elements.

In the Documentation and Design Phase, we ensure the development of comprehensive bid documents, encompassing all necessary specifications, drawings, details, schedules, and pricing matrices. This thorough preparation facilitates the Procurement Phase, which includes identifying qualified vendors, preparing solicitation documents, conducting detailed proposal evaluations, and providing recommendations for awarding contracts or conducting bidder interviews.

Throughout the Implementation Phase, Pantheon diligently monitors job progress using industry standards and common tools and practices, such as Primavera, as well as tracks quality, oversees acceptance testing and systems commissioning, and conducts integrated systems tests to ensure adherence to proper procedures. We also create punch lists of any deficient items to be addressed.

The Close-out Phase begins with punch list walk-throughs and the consolidation of all punch-list items to ensure corrective measures are implemented, ensuring project delivery as specified.

Finally, we support the turnover of all project close-out documentation.
