Financial Management Analyst (Entry/Mid/Senior Levels)

Pantheon is seeking highly motivated individuals with a desire to be part of a recent start-up. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following:

 

Responsibilities:
Budget Formulation and Execution:

  •  Prepare and submit budgets for the Navy, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and the President's budget submissions.

  •  Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers and coordinate consolidated inputs for leadership review.

  •  Coordinate, track, assemble, and assess Individual Task Management Plans as related to government and contractor activities. 

  •  Analyze monthly financial reports from government field activities and contractors and develop monthly assessment reports.

  •  Build and maintain financial databases, and generate reports and documentation as directed. 

  •  Perform other general administrative and program management tasks as directed by the customer. Interface with customers and  coordinate tasks with other contractors / Navy activities

Financial Management Analysis/Decision Support:

  •  Identify potential cost overruns on specific tasks.

  •  Recommend prospective program trade-offs to fund overruns (if applicable).

  •  Coordinate with performing activities to proactively identify opportunities and/or risks.

Requirements:

  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related field

  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) 

  •  Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level Security Clearance

 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Strong organizational and technical management skills

  •  Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding written and oral skills

  •  Practice building data visualization tools in Excel

  •  Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), responding to financial inquiries, including funds commitment, obligation, and expenditure.
