Acquisition/Contracting Analyst (Mid/Senior Level)

Pantheon is seeking highly motivated individuals with a desire to be part of a recent start-up. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following:

Responsibilities:

The position will provide comprehensive support in developing estimates at completion (EACs), burn rate analysis, estimate likely cost impacts and associated risk of changes in a program’s schedule, capability requirements, and/or acquisition strategy to proactively drive data-driven solutions.

 

  • Development of Acquisition Documents and Procurement Requisition (PR) packages including:

    • Statements of Work​

    • Contract Data Requirements Lists

    • DD254 Forms

    • Independent Government Estimates

    • Acquisition Plans - PSTRAPs/ISTRAPs

    • Justification and Approval (J&A)

    • Technical Advisory Report (TAR)

  • Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF)

  • Development of Data Item Descriptions (DIDs

  • Contract status and expenditure analysis

  • Communication skills to interface with Submarine Maintenance community

  • Research capability and familiarity with data requirements to support development of Independent Government Estimates (IGEs)

  • Analyze availability planning/execution metrics

Requirements:

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 5+ years

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related field

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of depot maintenance and maintenance community

  • Strong organizational and technical management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding written and oral skills

  • Practice building interactive data visualization tools in Excel
