Pantheon is seeking highly motivated individuals with a desire to be part of a recent start-up. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, customer service, research, and acquisition experience s in addition to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the preliminary requirements and assumptions for Design Yard ship specification development.

  • Establish a SWBS-prioritized POA&M for Design Yard ship specification development by ship specification section.

  • Lead the coordinated tech authority review and disposition of proposed Design Yard ship specification sections.

  • Establish the lead ship specification requirements technical baseline, in support of in-service certification requirements.

  • Establish and manage the Ship Specification Change Proposal (SCP) Process, supporting the class continuity of certification requirements.

  • Ensure program compliance with Defense Specification Management requirements.

  • Train Program Office and Technical Authority holders on the legal/contractual/historical precedence of cross-class evolving ship specifications.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) 

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level Security Clearance

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Team Submarine 

  • Lean Six Sigma certification

  • Strong organizational and technical management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding written and oral skills
