Position Summary:
Pantheon is seeking experienced Financial Management Analysts (mid- and senior-level) to provide vital financial planning, budgeting, and execution support to U.S. Navy programs. Make an impact by helping drive efficiency, accountability, and mission success in national defense.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to Navy program offices with financial planning, budgeting, execution, and analysis

Prepare, process, and reconcile funding documents to ensure accurate and timely allocation of resources, tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures

Monitor program funding to ensure alignment with plans, identify risks early, and recommend mitigation strategies

Use Navy financial systems including Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Navy Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), Budget Planning System (BPS), and Electronic Data Warehouse (EDW) to analyze program financial performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions

Support the development and justification of budgets (including Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy (SCN); Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); and Operations and Maintenance, Navy (O&M)) by building budget justification materials, backup documentation, and forecasts

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to clearly communicate complex financial information

Assist in preparing and delivering financial briefings and reviews to include recurring monthly reports, mid-year and execution reviews

Collaborate with government clients, headquarters staff, and contractors to respond to data calls, improve financial processes, and maintain audit-ready documentation

Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field with 3–5+ years of relevant experience supporting Department of Defense financial planning, monitoring, and execution (Navy programs preferred)

Experience with Navy Financial Systems (PBIS, Navy ERP, NEPS, BPS, EDW)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Experience using Microsoft Power BI and data visualization tools (Preferred)

Strong organizational and technical management skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
