1. How would you describe your professional career to date?

My professional career began during college, when I interned with Serco supporting

NAVSEA programs in Earned Value Management (EVM). That experience sparked my

interest in financial management within consulting. Since then, I’ve focused on building

my skills in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide meaningful support to

Department of Navy programs. I am excited to continue expanding my expertise as I

grow with Pantheon.

2. How did your educational experiences set you up for success at Pantheon?

In college I studied Civil Engineering. One focus of the curriculum was project

management, and in some cases, specifically financial management, cost control, and

scheduling. These courses provided me with a solid foundation and understanding

necessary to be successful at Pantheon.

3. What initially drew you to Pantheon?

Pantheon’s core competencies, including EVM and financial management, align with my

interest in and passion for this industry.

4. How long have you been with Pantheon?

I have been with Pantheon since October 2024. So I’ve been with the company for about

a year now.

5. What are your favorite parts of working at Pantheon?

My favorite parts of working at Pantheon are the community that encourages

collaboration, accessibility to awesome resources, and the work that I can accomplish

here.

6. Are you able to apply any of your other interests to Pantheon?

One of the ways I apply my interests is through building connections with colleagues. I

enjoy the collaborative, social environment at Pantheon. I find the open communication

with colleagues not only makes the workplace enjoyable but also helps with delivering

quality products.

7. How have you seen your efforts and those of the other Pantheon associates

deliver value to our Department of Navy Customers?

At Pantheon, my team and I work on ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, tracking

and cost efficiency for MIB. Through financial analysis and reporting, we aid in tracking

and organizing spending within the organization. With MIB being relatively small, I've

seen that our work is an integral part of this organization.

8. What do you see as the next steps for Pantheon’s support to PMS 397 or other

Government customers?

I envision a model wherein Pantheon provides innovative and useful data-analysis

strategies to promote efficient operations within PMS 397 and MIB.
