1) What is your role at Pantheon, and what does a typical day look like for you?

I am currently a Financial Management Analyst supporting the AUKUS BFM team. A typical day involves monitoring financial activities across the program, managing dashboards for leadership, and delivering ad-hoc analyses to support the client’s ever-

changing needs.

2) How did your educational experiences set you up for success at Pantheon?

I graduated with a degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and it

taught me how to approach problems at a very granular level. I learned how to break

complex systems into their component parts, which directly translates to my work at

Pantheon. By applying this structured problem-solving mindset, I’m able to analyze

different aspects of financial management systems and deliver solutions for our clients.

3) What’s been your proudest accomplishment at Pantheon so far?

My proudest accomplishment at Pantheon so far has been contributing to the Navy

Shipyard Capacity Study. I was part of a team that developed cost estimates for multiple

alternatives presented to leadership. It was especially rewarding to work on something

outside of my typical day-to-day role at Pantheon and to see the immediate impact our

work had on the study’s outcomes.

4) What do you enjoy most about working at Pantheon?

What I enjoy most about working at Pantheon is the variety of experiences and exposure to different projects. Over the five years I’ve been here, I’ve had the opportunity to work on multiple teams, and each experience has been incredibly positive. Those opportunities have not only helped me grow professionally but have also

played a big role in shaping the direction I want to take in my career.

5) Do you have a favorite book, podcast, or TV show you’d recommend?

My favorite TV show is The Wire on HBO. I love how it tells every story from multiple

perspectives and really dives into the complexity of each situation. It’s a timeless,

classic in my opinion.

6) What’s your favorite place in DC to grab a bite or relax?

My favorite place in DC to grab a bite is YELLOW. I was first introduced to the café during a team lunch when I started at Pantheon, and it quickly became a favorite. If you

go, I definitely recommend one of their iced lattes and the lamb pita!

7) What advice would you give to someone considering joining Pantheon?

Pantheon is a great place to work, and it’s truly the people who make it special. Everyone here is incredibly talented, but also kind. There’s a strong team culture where

people go out of their way to support one another, celebrate wins together, and help

each other succeed.
