1. How would you describe your professional career to date?

My career has been defined by a steady progression of responsibility across financial management, logistics, and defense acquisition. I started in supply chain and asset management with the Virgin Islands Department of Education, where I led procurement and inventory operations for the St. Croix school district. From there, I transitioned into financial management roles supporting the Department of Defense — first as a contractor, then as a government civilian with Strategic Systems Programs and the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. Today at Pantheon, I’m proud to apply that breadth of experience to Navy shipbuilding, with a focus on budget execution, data-driven reporting, and audit readiness.

2. How did your educational experiences set you up for success at Pantheon?

My academic foundation in business financial management and continued professional certifications — from DAWAI acquisition training to Bloomberg Market Concepts — gave me both the technical skills and the analytical mindset needed to excel in federal financial management. These programs prepared me to manage multi-billion-dollar defense budgets, while also equipping me to adapt quickly to new systems like Power BI, SQL, and Azure cloud applications.

3. What initially drew you to Pantheon?

Pantheon’s mission to deliver modern, data-driven solutions in support of the Navy immediately resonated with me. Having seen firsthand how critical timely, accurate financial reporting is to program execution, I was drawn to Pantheon’s emphasis on innovation, technology, and customer impact.

4. How long have you been with Pantheon?

I joined Pantheon in early 2023.

5. What are your favorite parts of working at Pantheon?

The culture of innovation and collaboration. I value the trust and freedom to design solutions that improve how we manage and report financial data. Whether it’s developing relational databases in PowerApps, building Power BI dashboards, or strengthening audit readiness, Pantheon empowers me to combine financial analysis with technology in a way that delivers tangible results.

6. Are you able to apply any of your other interests to Pantheon?

Absolutely. I’ve always enjoyed building tools and systems that make complex information more accessible. At Pantheon, that translates directly into creating automated, cloud-based databases that simplify reporting for leadership and reduce manual workload for the team. It’s a perfect blend of my interest in technology and my background in financial management.

7. How have you seen your efforts and those of the other Pantheon associates deliver value to our Department of Navy customers?

Working alongside Pantheon associates, we’ve strengthened budget execution for the Virginia-class submarine program by giving program leaders real-time visibility into financial performance. We’ve also contributed to Department of the Navy audit readiness efforts, ensuring compliance with Pentagon standards for capital and non-capital expenditures. These efforts not only improve transparency but also enable better decision-making and accountability for some of the Navy’s most important acquisition programs.

8. What do you see as the next steps for Pantheon’s support to PMS 450 or other Government customers?

The future lies in further integration of advanced data analytics, automation, and cloud solutions. For PMS 450, this means scaling our financial reporting systems so leadership can track obligations, expenditures, and requirements with even greater precision. For the broader DoN customer base, I see Pantheon continuing to pioneer innovative ways to combine financial acumen with technical expertise — ensuring every dollar is tracked, reported, and optimized for mission success..
