How would you describe your professional career to date?

After graduating with my Master's Degree in International Security and Intelligence, I started my professional career as an imagery analyst at a technology firm, focusing on AI usage and development.  I am currently an associate data analyst focusing on earned value management and cost estimating efforts.

How did your educational experiences set you up for success at Pantheon? My undergraduate and graduate educational experiences provided me with honed problem solving, collaboration, and analytic skills that have transferred to the products delivered to the customer. I have been able to apply my understanding of the complexities of the defense and national security environment as well as the importance of data driven intelligence to my current work.

What initially drew you to Pantheon? I was initially intrigued by the emphasis of data as a core competency and was excited about the opportunity to apply that data to new analyses, solutions, and tools. In addition, Pantheon was compelling because it seemed to really encourage, value, and support the growth of its employees (which I can confirm that it does)!

How long have you been with Pantheon? Approximately 5 months as I started in January 2024.

What are your favorite parts of working at Pantheon? In addition to the fulfilling work, I absolutely love the Pantheon team and culture! It truly is an encouraging, supportive, and fun work environment all of which is reflected in the work provided to the customer.

Are you able to apply any of your other interests to Pantheon? I have been able to apply my broad scope knowledge of international security to the specific defense demands of the customer.

How have you seen your efforts and those of the other Pantheon associates deliver value to our Department of Navy Customers? Pantheon provides innovative and complex data management and cost estimation tools that meet and exceed the customers' needs. These tools and the analyses they provide promote mission critical efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you see as the next steps for Pantheon’s support to PMS 450? Developing new methodologies and tools to provide top-tier analyses and solutions.
